1. SCOPE AND CONTRACTUAL PARTNER

1.1 The general conditions below (hereinafter, "GC"), apply to orders for training, coaching and newsletters presented and available on the site "www.thepassiveincomespirit.com" (if after TPIS) in their version in valid at the time of the order.

1.3 The GTC form an integral part of the contract concluded between TPIS and the client. Provisions that deviate from the GTC are only binding if they have been expressly accepted in writing by TPIS. Contrary conditions issued by the customer are not recognised.

1.4 The "online" training offer on the TPIS site is intended for individuals and companies regardless of their domicile.
​
1.5 Age restrictions apply: Vision-R only accepts customers over 18 years old for physical and digital products and services: coaching support, newsletters.

2. ORDER AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION PROCESS
​
2.1 The customer can choose a training on the TPIS website and click on the "Buy now" button (or similar button). Some services (hereafter, training, newsletters or coaching) are free and others are chargeable. The price is always indicated in a clearly visible manner in the area where the "Buy now" button is located as well as on the "Rates" page provided for this purpose.

2.2 The customer must in all cases connect to the secure PODIA platform "https://thepassiveincomespirit.podia.com" to follow these training courses. He can create an account manually to access his account on PODIA and follow the evolution of his courses in the cloud.
​
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with your login details. We ask that you keep them private so that you can more easily access your current and future orders.
For the accompaniments, the exchange is done by telephone after the order placed on the site, you will be contacted to initiate your accompaniment.

2.4 By clicking on the "Buy now" button (or similar button), the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected service and declares to accept these GTC.

2.5 Once the payment has been made on the PODIA platform (Training), the SubStack platform (paid newsletter), the customer has immediate access to the selected service.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
​
3.1 All prices on TPIS are indicated in Euros, all taxes included.
​
3.2 The price of the services may be modified at any time, but the price applied to an order is always that announced at the time of the order.

3.3 Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe, who have proven themselves and support millions of secure payments every day. For coaching, the method of payment is defined between the client and TPIS.

3.4 The customer does not bear the costs of processing the order, nor the commissions paid to the payment organizations. We pay them.

4. REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS
The money back guarantee depends on what is mentioned on the page that presents the product.
If no money-back guarantee is mentioned on the page that presents the product, no refund will be made after the order has been placed.
For your information
Accessing the content (by downloading it or viewing it, even partially) is considered as the full and complete performance of the contract and therefore entails a waiver of the withdrawal period.
Indeed, the regulations exclude "digital content provided on an immaterial medium and subscription contract for these services, the execution of which began with your agreement and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal (example: a downloaded film) ".
In other words: we have no legal obligation to make a refund on simple request.

5. REPRODUCTION AND USE OF CONTENT

5.1 The contents accessible within the framework of the various training courses are and remain the exclusive property of TPIS. Any reproduction, even partial, of the contents is prohibited. The customer can use the content for his own learning and access it through the training platform provided. Any distribution or reproduction without the prior consent of TPIS is liable to criminal prosecution.
